Translation Party - Try It
Translation party translates back and forth between English and Japanese until an equilibrium is reached.
I started with Mark Twain’s quote:
The trouble ain’t that there is too many fools, but that the lightning ain’t distributed right.
And ended up with:
The stupid question is the right of the distribution of lightning.
But 右側 means right-hand side, so the stupid question is about the right-hand side of the distribution of lightning. Statistical problems perhaps.
